Doll Processing Time
Production typically takes 3–5 weeks, though the timeline may vary depending on the brand and materials. In some cases, we can also arrange expedited production upon request.
Please note that production may be delayed during major holidays (such as New Year, Christmas, National Day, Chinese Spring Festival, etc.).
Discreet Shipping
Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout by default. We take your privacy very seriously—your anonymity is our top priority. All packages are shipped discreetly in plain, unbranded boxes with no indication of the contents. Only you will know what’s inside.

Customs Duties and Taxes
While we offer free shipping, some regions require customers to handle customs clearance and applicable taxes.
Import duties and fees typically range from $100 to $150 or more, depending on the specific doll and destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we will provide guidance and support throughout the process to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Customers in the following European countries are generally not required to pay customs duties: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Italy, and Spain.
For customers in Canada, Norway, Australia, South Africa, and select other countries, we offer to cover up to 50% of applicable import duties, with a maximum contribution of $150 USD. We will also handle communication with customs authorities to help ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. In most cases, total additional costs are approximately $150, and we can provide an estimated amount prior to purchase.
In Asia, the following countries and regions are typically free from import duties: Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, and Cambodia.
